OKN1 Restaurant (part of New City College Group) had the honour of hosting the Association of Catering Excellence Association of Catering Excellence ( ACE) for the ACE Ready Steady Cook Competition 2025 – and wow, what an evening it was! 👩‍🍳🔥👨‍🍳

Incredible professional chefs battled it out, showing off their creativity and skill under serious time pressure, while our amazing catering & hospitality students and the OKN1 restaurant team ran the show – making the whole event seamless and unforgettable.

The room was buzzing with guests as the current and next generation of chefs came together, proving just how much talent and passion is thriving in our industry right now.
